Welcome to my blog. Dickie Gamble Dot Com is for those interested in sharing knowledge on Digital photography tips, reviews and blogging. I have great interest in staying healthy and in Digital camera photography. I like sharing pictures and invite you do the same.
About myself,
I developed a passion for Digital cameras when my wife gave birth to our 5th child (yes this guy has five kids!!). My brother who is living 5,000 km away wanted to see pictures of our latest baby with the family. The excuse was good enough to convince my wife in buying our first Digital camera. At that time I bought a Sony Cybershot with 3.1 Mega pixels and 2X zoom. It did a good job for the need I had at that time but I wanted something more powerful. So about 3 years later I bought a Canon Powershot S5IS with a 12X zoom and a resolution of 8 Mega pixels. I still use it today and recording video is a great feature when you have a family. I did upgrade recently to my first Digital SLR camera. I bought a Canon EOS 50D…
